J-mem operates a no refund policy. When purchasing a service from Jmem, you agree to having an interview and script prepared for your video. Once your script is signed off it is locked and no changes can be requested.

By agreeing with terms and conditions on j-mem.com you also give consent to Jmem to add an ad-hoc interogative conclusion to the video that is produced for you.
